Creating all possible tangents between two curves

This macro allows you to create all possible tangent lines between two arbitrary curves.

To do so, just create two shapes with curve segments (they could be ellipses, rectangles with round corners, modified symmetrical polygons, text or curves) and select the two:

Then run the macro (see below). Here is the result:

All the tangent lines are selected after the macro executes, so you can unselect the ones that you need and hit Delete to remove the rest.
